The Circle closes on itself, and therefore represents unity, the absolute, perfection. It is a symbol of heaven in relation to the earth, of the spiritual in relation to the material.

The base of these earrings is the Bejuco Mamure Made by indigenous Piaroa from the Colombian Orinoquia.

The weave in threads on the Bejuco is made by women Kamentsa del Putumayo.

It is the traditional weave of the Corona Kamentsa or La Llaugtu,

an artisanal and ritual element that is used by women and men.

In this weave, we represent the earth.
